How an expert radiologist will help my case?

The role of an expert is to clearly communicate and delineate the facts of the case in a fashion that is readily understandable to the nonmedical audience no matter their level of education. In order to do this, the expert must have not only excellent communication skills, but also an ability to educate the jury in a way that makes the case intelligible and tangible despite their educational background. In radiology, a field associated rapidly advancing technology, it is sometimes even more difficult to for a jury to comprehend the imaging findings, anatomic relationships, and associated pathology or concepts essential to a case. At Radsurity, our radiologist experts have a vast combined experience as educators — having given hundreds of lectures and presentation to both medical and nonmedical audiences, having authored multiple publications, and having served as faculty at reputable academic institutions in important roles such as tenured university professor and radiology residency Program Director. Our expert radiologists will speak confidently and credibly about the case explaining the findings with genuine conviction.

Medical demonstrative evidence & RAD1000

A picture is worth 1000 words, and a video is worth 1,000,000. Radsurity has partnered with RAD1000 to create illustrations that reflect the findings in your case. As board-certified radiologists, we will use special postprocessing software to create annotated high-quality medical images and/or video that will make the pathology extremely tangible for any jury or layperson to understand. With annotations, we are able to create a 3D side-by-side pictorial comparison of the pathology with the expected normal reference anatomy in a similar demographics. This will save you both time and money as there will be less expert testimony required, and less ambiguity about the case. We will work closely with you.
